CUT THE CRAP - Weight Loss for People Who Feel Too Much

You wake up in the morning, get dressed and look in the mirror to make sure your clothes look OK. Your facial expression frowns at the reflection as you tug at your shirt to make your love handles look a little less noticeable. You attempt to suck in your stomach and try hard to think of how you will make it through the day by doing just that JUST so you look a little bit smaller; leaving yourself depressed and defeated.

Sadly, the mirror isn't who defeated you as much as your attitude and self-judgment has.

The way that you look at yourself, and the way that you handle the overwhelming stress that society and media bring has everything to do with the way you define beauty in your life, and the path you need to take. When your head is fogged with frustration, it's easy to get lost on the path of defining your goals, and what needs to be done in order to better your health and lifestyle.

We all know how to lose weight; at least the idea any way.
The problem is, you are overwhelmed and unsure of where to start, and how to proceed in a safe manner.

You type in weight loss on Google and find topic overload. Searching on the internet leads you through a funnel of hype, gimmick, and misleading advertisements. Now you're brain has been poisoned with the "Do I just focus on eating correctly and watch my calories, or do I go with this magic pill that will make all of these problems disappear?"

Fast forward a few months. You have decided to go with that magic pill, yet you are back, staring at yourself in the mirror. Your love handles are still there and haven't deflated in the slightest. Frustrated and hurt, you give into temptation throughout the day, which ultimately leads you into the downward spiral of dieting.

Cut the crap because it starts with you!
If you are constantly putting yourself down, you are what you say. If you don't believe you are good enough, smart enough or worth it; then you are right. Your will start to believe what you are thinking and you will NEVER be able to walk forward.

You will have set backs in weight loss and fitness, BUT I am here to tell you not to look at those set-backs as obstacles. Look at them as stairs that you have to climb. Don't look those set-backs as a stop sign. Look at them as a detour that you must go around.

Your life is limitless.
It's true. Pay attention to what you are saying about yourself because YOU are listening. The subconscious mind picks up on what you are saying and ACTS on it.

So right now, take action, attack your fears head on and it will get you to the places you are supposed to go.
